平素よりハイアット リージェンシー 那覇 沖縄をお引き合いいただきまして、誠にありがとうございます。

この度、法定電気設備点検に伴い、下記日時にてホテル棟及び、立体駐車場の停電を予定しております。

【影響のあるご宿泊日】 2026年1月７日（水）ご滞在のお客様

【停電による停止設備・機器】

• 上記日時は、ホテル棟および立体駐車場の電力が停止いたします。
• 客室内を含め、全館で空調が停止いたします。
• 客室内は停電に伴いトイレはご使用いただけません。
• 客室内のコンセント・電話機・冷蔵庫・テレビ・ドライヤーなどの電気製品はご使用いただけません。
• インターネットおよびWi-Fiはご利用いただけません。
• 製氷機・コインランドリーはご利用いただけません。
• パソコンなどの電子機器はあらかじめ電源をお切りいただき、必ず電源コードをコンセントから抜いていただくようお願い申し上げます。
• エレベーターは、右記の時間帯１基のみご利用いただけます。（稼働時間／02：30～04：30）
• 客室内の洗面・お風呂・シャワーは、水のみご利用いただけます。お湯はご利用できません。
• 自動火災報知設備は通常通り機能いたします。

 

停電中は、防火・防災および緊急事態に備えまして万全を期しておりますが、事前に対応が必要なお客様には最善の配慮をさせていただきますので、ご遠慮なくお申し出くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

Notice of Scheduled Power Outage on January 8th, 2026

 

Dear Valued Guests,

 

We would like to inform you of a scheduled power outage at Hyatt Regency Naha, Okinawa, due to a mandatory inspection of electrical equipment. Please review the important information below.

 

Scheduled Power Outage Details

Date: Thursday, January 8, 2026

Time: 1:30 AM – 4:30 AM

Affected Guests: The Guests Staying on Wednesday, January 7, 2026

Facilities and Services Unavailable During Outage

• There will be no power to the hotel building and tower parking.
• Air conditioning will be unavailable throughout the entire building, including the guest rooms.
• The toilets in the guest rooms will be unavailable due to the power outage.
• Electrical appliances such as outlets, telephones, refrigerators, televisions, and hairdryers in the guest rooms will be unavailable.
• Internet and Wi-Fi will be unavailable.
• The ice machine and coin laundry will be unavailable.
• Please turn off all electronic devices such as computers and ensure that the power cords are unplugged from the outlets.
• Only one elevator will be available for use between 2:30AM and 4:30AM.
• The sink, bath, and shower in the guest rooms will be available with cold water. Please note: NO HOT WATER available.
• The automatic fire alarm system will function as usual.

 

Staff will be stationed on each floor during the outage to ensure fire safety, disaster preparedness, and emergency response. Should you require special assistance, please inform us in advance so that we may provide appropriate support.
